If your order exceeds €300, we will deliver goods FREE across all of Lithuania (excluding the Curonian Spit). If the order amount is less than 300€, the delivery cost is 7.50€ (Collecting from the VENIPAKterminal costs 6€). You can also collect the goods yourself from the store in Vilnius (free of charge).
Delivering to the Curonian Spit incurs an additional cost of 20€.
Collecting goods from the Vilnius store
When you choose to collect from the padangos123 store, you can pick up your goods at our store located at Savanorių pr. 176F,Vilnius.
Orders selected for in-store collection are held for 5 working days, after which they may be cancelled without further notice.
Important: Not all products available online are stocked in the store. Without placing an order or contacting us in advance, the desired products might not be available. Items typically available on the order date are marked as: "Pickup Today".
Collecting goods at the Venipak Terminal
By choosing to collect goods at the VENIPAKterminal, you can retrieve them from any VENIPAKterminal across Lithuania.
Important: Goods are delivered to the VENIPAK terminal, so the order will be ready for pickup on the "delivery date".
If your order exceeds €300, you can collect the goods from the VENIPAKterminal FOR FREE. For orders less than €300, collecting from the VENIPAKterminal costs €6.
Collecting parcels from the Pickup point is very quick and easy. Once the package arrives at the Pickup point, you'll receive an SMSmessage containing:
The shipment number;
Parcel collection code;
Pickup point name;
Pickup point address;
Pickup point's next working day hours.
To collect your parcel, simply state the 6-digit pickup code to the Venipak Pickup point staff. The employee will verify the code and hand over your parcel.
Delivery terms
We typically deliver goods within 1-2 working days. Delivery times for specific items may vary. A specific delivery timeframe is indicated next to each product. In Vilnius, we can deliver items the same day, where possible.

You can order goods on www.padangos123.lt online store at any time, any day of the week.
All items are delivered on weekdays between 8 am and 6 pm. Residents of major Lithuanian cities can select a preferred delivery slot: 8:00-14:00, 14:00-18:00, or 18:00-22:00.
Before the delivery, the courier will agree on the exact delivery time by phone.

Acceptance of Goods
Upon delivery, you must inspect the condition of the shipment. Should you notice any damage to the packaging, it is required to document the damage in the courier's presence or refuse the package. Once the product is received and the waybill is signed without comments, it is assumed the shipment was in proper condition, which could complicate claims related to external damage. Nevertheless, the product warranty obligations remain effective.
